Justin Cabral has been promoted to general superintendent at Blach Construction. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, he’s built a distinguished career marked by leadership, technical expertise and a commitment to quality.
Since joining Blach in 2010, Cabral has played a pivotal role in the success of countless complex projects across various markets and delivery methods, where his market knowledge and operational insight have been instrumental in delivering innovative, lasting solutions. A natural leader and mentor, he is passionate about developing talent and strengthening the company’s field teams. He is known for fostering an environment of trust and collaboration, ensuring teams have the tools, training and resources needed to deliver high-quality projects.
Cabral’s career began through apprenticeship programs at Carpenters Local #713 in 1995 and later at the Pleasanton JATC, where he built a strong foundation of craft knowledge that continues to inform his leadership today. As general superintendent and a member of Blach’s leadership team, he oversees all craft workers, carpenters and superintendents, guiding field operations with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
