CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Carolinas AGC (CAGC), in celebrating “National 811 Day” tomorrow, August 11, reminds the community to call before you dig. Whether you’re planting a garden, installing a mailbox, or using heavy equipment to lay a water line, calling 811 saves lives and protects utilities. Furthermore, calling 811 before digging is the law!
