CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2014 Campaign Hails Construction Industry Contributions

CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2014 announces a campaign to raise greater public awareness of the accomplishments of the construction industry in elevating the quality of life. The campaign will publicize the positive benefits of construction projects of all sizes and descriptions across the United States.

CONEXPO-CON/AGG invites contractors and other industry professionals to submit projects for consideration in helping the campaign demonstrate construction's contributions to quality of life. The campaign will spotlight 50 projects and culminate in a special recognition event at the 2014 show.

Contractors whose projects are selected to be covered will have the opportunity to garner publicity for their work, and be featured at the event. Each contractor and a guest will receive complimentary show admission plus airline tickets to Las Vegas and two nights in a hotel room.

Each project selected will be covered by an experienced construction communications professional, with a story, photos and possibly video from the construction site. The outreach will include a variety of media outlets and stories will also be posted at www.conexpoconagg.com.

Construction projects can be submitted for consideration via the show website. A short online form asks for a brief project description and contact information. Stories for this effort can arise from all segments of the construction industry (see the show website for more details). For more information and questions, contact show management's Rich Jefferson (rjefferson@conexpoconagg.com or 414-298-4122).

CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2014 will be held March 4-8 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nev.
