Ground Broken for 1.25-Million-Square-Foot Industrial Development in Arizona

Ground was recently broken by Willmeng Construction Inc. for a new $115-million, master-planned Class A industrial space located within Glendale, Arizona’s New Frontier District. The first phase of the project includes a 705,531-square-foot facility and 488,995-square-foot building, which equals over 1.25 million square feet when combined into a single structure. At full build-out, Park303 is set to encompass 4.5 million square feet of Class A industrial space, significantly increasing the amount of rentable space in the West Valley. Dedication Ceremony Held for Robins & Morton Construction Field Laboratory

Auburn University’s College of Architecture, Design and Construction and Robins & Morton recently celebrated the dedication of the Robins & Morton Construction Field Laboratory, located in Auburn, Alabama. A facility of the CADC’s McWhorter School of Building Science, the first-of-its-kind lab will advance hands-on education and research. Ergonomics Training Program Available for Construction Workers

CPWR has released a new Best Built Plans ergonomics training program for construction workers, the first part of a two-part comprehensive training program focused on preventing back, shoulder and other types of soft tissue injuries. These injuries, also referred to as musculoskeletal disorders, account for more than 25% of nonfatal injuries in the industry.
