The state of Louisiana has selected RNGD to serve as construction manager-at-risk for the New Southeast Louisiana State Office Building in Harvey, Louisiana (Project No. 01-107-24-OFC, F.01004573). The project will replace an existing structure with a modern, efficient facility designed to serve state agencies and the New Orleans community for generations to come. The $84-million project encompasses 116,000 square feet of modern office space designed by Trapolin-Peer and Gensler. Construction on the first phase of Race Track Logistics Pompano, a 1.5-million-square-foot industrial development in Pompano Beach, Florida, is complete. The $19-million project included the addition of two stories totaling 15,000 square feet and the renovation of existing PACU and post-op spaces at the 35-year-old hospital.
