The Boldt Company was recently awarded two 2019 BUILD Wisconsin awards from the Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin. The following entries were judged on sustainable practices, craftsmanship, innovation in construction and meeting difficult challenges. Aurora Medical Center – Bay Area | Marinette, Wisconsin Environmental Excellence Award The 335,000-square-foot hospital, medical office building and cancer center, located on a 92-acre greenfield, site was honored for its Integrated Lean Project Delivery approach in partnership with the owner and the architect, CannonDesign. Ground Broken for Tallest Luxury Condominium Tower in Twin Cities

Ground was recently broken for Minneapolis, Minnesota’s first luxury condominium project. Eleven will be the first residential project in the city to be designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects. Luigi Bernardi of Arcadia LLC is serving as the project sponsor and co-developer and Ryan Companies is serving as co-developer, builder and is partnering with RAMSA as the architect. Southwest Transplant Alliance Organ Recovery Center Tops Out

A topping out event was recently hosted at the construction site of the Southwest Transplant Alliance new headquarters facility by general contractors Adolfson & Peterson Construction. The event celebrated reaching the final height of the structure set to open in fall of 2020 in Dallas. The first of its kind in Texas, STA’s facility will be home to an organ recovery center including a training center of excellence, surgical suites, an organ perfusion center and laboratory. The new Allied Health Building for Hillsborough Community College Mabry Campus, located in Tampa, Florida, was recently completed. The project team includes Gilbane Building Company and Harvard Jolly Architects. This new 60,000-square-foot, three-story building houses Hillsborough Community College’s nursing, emergency medical services, medical lab technician and respiratory care therapy programs.
