Clayco served as the project's design builder and Gensler was the project architect. NEW YORK, N.Y. — Gilbane Building Company recently completed the restoration and renovation of Kings Theatre, a 1929 historical landmark theater in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York.
