The basement is being constructed with the assistance of a Wolffkran 700 B Luffing tower crane, the first of its kind used in the U.S. The Wolff 700 B crane is known for its ability to move extremely heavy loads at quick line speeds within a tight urban footprint. Clayco Completes Reinsurance Group of America's $150M HQ
ST. LOUIS, Mo. — The Reinsurance Group of America's $150-million global headquarters in Chesterfield, Missouri was recently completed. Clayco served as the project's design builder and Gensler was the project architect. Jay Longo, president of Forum Studio (Clayco's full-service architecture practice), was the lead project designer and Fox Architects was the building design consultant and interior architect. Building construction began in spring of 2013 and was completed in the fall of 2014. Gilbane Building Company Finishes Restoration of Historic Kings Theatre
NEW YORK, N.Y. — Gilbane Building Company recently completed the restoration and renovation of Kings Theatre, a 1929 historical landmark theater in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. AGC to Partner with EPA, NCMS to Update Environmental Compliance Website for Contractors
Construction contractors will have an easier time learning how to comply with federal and state environmental guidelines thanks to a new partnership with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the private sector.
