DPR Construction to Acquire Hardin Construction

ATLANTA, Ga. and REDWOOD CITY, Calif. — DPR Construction recently signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Atlanta, Ga.-based Hardin Construction Company, LLC. The two companies intend to combine operations in the Southeast and Texas markets, where both have a strong local presence. The goal is to finalize the transaction in March, at which time more information will be announced. Kraus-Anderson to Build New $28.8M, 155,000 SF School in Wells, Minn.

ROCHESTER, Minn. — The Rochester office of Kraus-Anderson Construction Company, a Midwest commercial general contractor and construction manager, has been selected to build a new United South Central School in Wells, Minn., just west of Albert Lea. The new 155,000-square-foot pre K-12 school replaces the former school, portions of which were originally built in 1933.
