Inquiries for New Projects Reached Highest Mark Since 2007 Washington, D.C. —— For the first time since January 2008, the Architecture Billings Index (ABI) indicated a growth in design activity in September, increasing for the fourth straight month. WASHINGTON, D.C. — Secretary of Labor Hilda L. Solis will re-establish the charter of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s Advisory Committee on Construction Safety and Health.
