Anthony Armento has joined Gilbane Building Company as senior preconstruction executive in the company’s Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. In his role, he will oversee the daily operations of the preconstruction department. He will report to Jim Gibson, vice president of preconstruction, who will continue leading the overall strategy and advancement of the preconstruction and purchasing departments.
