Aralia Sendejas has been promoted to field superintendent at Henderson Building Solutions. Based out of the company’s Lenexa, Kansas office, she most recently served as program/project administrator at Henderson Engineers. In this new role, she will oversee all stages of construction projects onsite. Hefner has over 27 years of association management experience in the construction trades.
