Swinerton has completed construction of the Great Park Ice and Fivepoint Arena in Irvine, California. Located in Orange County Great Park, the ice complex is the county’s first ice rink in 20 years and will house four rinks – three NHL rinks and one Olympic-sized rink. It will serve as the new training facility for the Anaheim Ducks National Hockey League team, as well as Olympic figure skating training. One of Chicago, Illinois’ oldest transit stations has received a complete makeover via the Chicago Transit Authority, Walsh Construction and a diverse local workforce. Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel and CTA President Dorval Carter joined community members and project leaders to officially mark the completion of renovations at the Garfield Green Line Station in Chicago’s Washington Park neighborhood. Ryan Companies US Inc. will develop and build a 400,000-square-foot speculative industrial project in the historic Chicago, Illinois community as part of their master-planned Pullman Crossings business park. The new project is part of the more than 50-acre industrial park planned with Chicago Neighborhood Initiatives. Haselden Construction Breaks Ground on Holy Family High School

Haselden Construction recently broke ground on the expansion of Holy Family High School in Broomfield, Colorado. The 34,000-square-foot expansion will include eight new classrooms, a fitness center and auxiliary gym with expanded locker rooms and an enlarged cafeteria, allowing the school to grow from 690 students to 800 students.
