Highway Construction Project Kicks Off Next Month
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Sundt Construction has been awarded a $25-million contract by the Utah Department of Transportation to complete a highway reconstruction project. The project includes construction of a new bridge over I-215 to create an interchange at Redwood Road and approximately two miles of new concrete pavement on I-215. In addition to the interchange, Sundt will reconstruct one mile of Redwood Road to Center Street and an additional five miles of Redwood will be rehabilitated with new asphalt pavement. ATLANTA, Ga. – JE Dunn Construction recently completed a new child care and education center for WellStar Health System, Inc., in Marietta, Georgia. The three-story, 32,200-square-foot Learning Academy at WellStar Kennestone Hospital serves infants through Pre-K, and is managed by Bright Horizons. W/Element Hotel Development Project One of Largest Concrete Pours in Philadelphia History
The new dual-branded W Philadelphia and Element Philadelphia Hotel development project in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, will be the latest luxury addition to the city when it is completed in spring 2018. The project, which is estimated to cost $240 million, has approximately 50 carpenters from the Northeast Regional Council of Carpenters building the hotel development’s concrete superstructure.
