AUSTIN, Texas — DPR Construction has been selected by Charles Schwab to build the company's new corporate campus, located on a 50-acre site in Austin, Texas. The new Charles Schwab Austin Campus will be built in two phases. The first phase consists of renovating the existing six-story 191,000-square-foot office building. Phase two of the project will involve an expansion to the existing garage by adding 1,140 parking stalls, building a new six-story, 194,000-square-foot office building and a new three-story, 80,000-square-foot amenity building including a full service cafeteria, meeting space, auditorium and training labs. The Weitz Company has been seleted as the design-builder for a new student housing project at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. The design/build construction portion of the $360-million project is $245 million. Sundt Selected to Build Student Services at Golden West College

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. — Sundt Construction, Inc. was recently selected by the Coast Community College District as the construction manager for a new $24-million Student Services Center at the district's Golden West Campus in Huntington Beach, California.
