Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute Opens in Winter Park Village
Stevens Construction has completed Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute in Winter Park Village, Florida. The company completed an interior 37,000-square-foot renovation of an existing building into a new cancer center, which includes an expansive treatment room, PET CT suite, blood draw room, laboratory, pharmacy, research offices, exam rooms, check-out and scheduling area and employee lounge. FCS incorporates principles of Evidence-Based Design, which have been proven to ease patient anxiety while offering opportunities for privacy or support during treatment. Regents Approve More than $328M in New Construction at Texas A&M
The Texas A&M University System’s meteoric growth was fueled as regents voted to approve spending more than $328 million on capital projects across the state. The university system has more than $4.1 billion worth of construction projects in planning and design, construction or development in Texas.
