Construction employment declined in more than nine out of 10 metro areas from March to April, a time when industry employment typically increases in most locations, an analysis by the Associated General Contractors of America of new government data shows. Tarpon Springs High School in Florida Receives $18.1M Makeover

A sweeping $18.1-million modernization of Pinellas County, Florida’s Tarpon Springs High School, was recently completed by JE Dunn Construction, the project’s construction manager. Associated Builders and Contractors Chief Economist Anirban Basu warned the economic recovery following the COVID-19 outbreak would be quite different for the nonresidential construction industry compared to previous recessions, according to a recently published economic outlook.
