PORTLAND, Maine — In appreciation of the great efforts taken to preserve historic properties across the state, Maine Preservation recognized Consigli Construction Co., Inc., for its outstanding work to restore Coles Tower at Bowdoin College. The “2015 Statewide Historic Preservation Honor Award for Restoration” specifically acknowledged the company’s craftsmanship and engineering to repair the exterior of the building. MORGANTOWN, W. Va. — Gilbane Building Company has been selected by West Virginia University as construction manager for their Coliseum Complex Athletic Project in Morgantown, West Virginia. The coliseum is home to the Mountaineers men’s and women’s basketball teams, as well as other athletic programs. The project will include renovations to approximately 188,000 square feet of space including office and administrative spaces, the coliseum concourse, natatorium building and annex and the men’s locker room facilities.
