EPA Releases Top 25 List of Cities with Most Energy Star Buildings

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Environmental Protection Agency recently announced the sixth annual list of the top 25 U.S. metropolitan areas with the most Energy Star-certified buildings. The cities on this list demonstrate the economic and environmental benefits achieved by facility owners and managers when they apply a proven approach to energy efficiency to their buildings. ASCC Releases Concrete Employee Safety DVD

ST. LOUIS, Mo. — The American Society of Concrete Contractors, St. Louis, Mo., has released a new Employee Safety Orientation DVD for concrete contractors. AGC Reports on February Construction Employment Increase, Topping Out

Construction employment expanded in 175 metro areas, declined in 106 and was stagnant in 58 between February 2013 and February 2014, according to a new analysis of federal employment data released today by the Associated General Contractors of America.
