MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — Knutson Construction has been selected to be the design-builder on two projects for Treasure Island Resort and Casino in Red Wing, Minnesota. Renovation of the Tradewinds Buffet begins June 1 and will include a complete demolition of the existing buffet. Knutson will also be adding a water park.
