ROCKLAND, Mass. — Integrated Builders recently completed the renovation of a 110,000-square-foot flex/warehouse space at 210 Grove St. in Franklin, Massachusetts, on behalf of Boston International. The project comprised over $800,000 in renovations, securing the asset as a top tenant destination in a premier market. Construction Materials Prices Rise for First Time in Six Months
The largest monthly gain in petroleum prices in over three years caused construction materials prices to expand 0.4 percent in February, ending a six-month streak when prices failed to rise, according to the recent price index release by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. On a year-over-year basis, construction input prices fell 3.9 percent. Construction Employment Increases During Past Year, Reports AGC
Construction firms added jobs in 43 states and the District of Columbia between January 2014 and January 2015 while construction employment increased in 31 between December and January, according to a recent analysis of Labor Department data by the Associated General Contractors of America.
