Since the start of 2014 the market has been steady but fragile. Material costs and labor hourly rates increased by 2 percent in 2014, and as of now are predicted to continue to grow at that rate per year. Contractor's overhead and profit margins remained competitive, but are showing signs that they will increase in 2015. WOBURN, Mass. — Tocci Building Companies announced that it has broken ground on an Embassy Suites Hotel strategically located within Connell Corporate Park in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. Construction Employment Increases in 257 out of 339 Metro Areas December 2013, 2014

Construction employment expanded in 257 metro areas, declined in 43 and was stagnant in 39 between December 2013 and December 2014, according to a new analysis of federal employment data released by the Associated General Contractors of America.
