ELFA’s Survey of Economic Activity: Monthly Leasing and Finance Index
WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Equipment Leasing and Finance Association's Monthly Leasing and Finance Index, which reports economic activity from 25 companies representing a cross section of the $827 billion equipment finance sector, showed their overall new business volume for May was $6.9 billion, down 8 percent from new business volume in May 2013. Month-over-month, new business volume was down 14 percent from April. Year to date, cumulative new business volume increased 3 percent compared to 2013. ARCADIS Report: U.S. Construction Dispute Values Triple to $34.3M in 2013
HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. — In its fourth annual Global Construction Disputes Report, ARCADIS reported that in 2013, the average claimed value of construction disputes in the U.S. tripled over 2012, to an average of $34.3 million. However, the U.S. was still well below average construction dispute values globally, behind Asia and the Middle East. Integrated Builders Begins Renovation of 10 Oceana Drive in Canton
ROCKLAND, Mass. — Integrated Builders Inc. has begun construction on 10 Oceana Drive in Canton, Massachusetts. This project consists of a 40,000-square-foot office building that will receive over $1.5 million dollars in renovations.
