C.W. Driver Completes Construction on $73M San Diego State University Lecture Halls
SAN DIEGO, Calif. — C.W. Driver has completed construction on the newly renovated Storm and Nasatir Halls complex at the San Diego State University campus. The project includes the 100,000-square-foot renovation and 30,000-square-foot expansion of the existing complex built in 1957. Designed by LPA Inc. and registered as LEED Gold, the $73-million complex now offers program space with upgraded technologies for eight academic departments, faculty offices and academic and research laboratories. “A project of this scope has capitalized on C.W. Integrated Builders Nears Completion of 600,000 SF Building in N.H.
ROCKLAND, Mass. — Integrated Builders Inc. has begun work on the final phase of a four-year project at 9 Northeastern Boulevard in Salem, N.H. Led by Project Superintendent Jim Leiter, Integrated began construction on the former 600,000-square-foot manufacturing building in 2010. Integrated worked with Owners Steven Sands, Bruce Levine, Donald Levine, Lewis Heafitz, Neil Shalom, John Hennessy and the entire Equity Industrial Partners team. AGC Plans to Help Firms Deliver Better Health Benefits
LAS VEGAS, Nev. — The Associated General Contractors of America is planning to launch a new private insurance exchange in cooperation with Willis North America, association officials announced.
