The recently repositioned Class A building is part of Tysons Corner's growing green building movement in response to the Dulles Corridor Metrorail project. FMI Releases Q4-2013 Construction Outlook Report
RALEIGH, N.C. — FMI released its Q4-2013 Construction Outlook. The forecast predicts 2013 to end with 7 percent growth for the construction industry as a whole. Final statistics for construction-put-in-place will be available April 2014. Select market predictions include : Residential — Forecasts show residential construction ending 2013 with 18 percent growth. Big Ten Conference Opens Swanky HQ, Museum
ROSEMONT, Ill. — With 12 institutions, 280 national championships and 120 years of historic intercollegiate sports, the Big Ten Conference will continue its mission of “honoring legends and building leaders” in a new $20-million, 50,000-square-foot headquarters located in Rosemont, Ill. The new mixed-use HQ will feature a 3,500-square-foot interactive museum on the first floor entitled, “Big Ten Experience,” showcasing past and present legends, and is scheduled to open in early 2014.
