Forrester Construction Company was recently selected as the general contractor for Arlington National Cemetery's upcoming Millennium Project. The $59-million project will allow Arlington National Cemetery to serve future generations of American service members and their families while maintaining the national treasure's quality, dignity and central function as a military burial ground.   Located on the cemetery's northwest corner adjacent to Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall and National Park Service property, the Millennium site will combine three separate parcels into a single 31-acre internment development. OSHA Extends Comment Period on Proposed Silica Rule

WASHINGTON, D.C. —The U.S Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration is extending the public comment period for an additional 47 days on the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Occupational Exposure to Crystalline Silica. In response to requests for an extension, the deadline to submit written comments and testimony is being extended from Dec. 11 to Jan. 27, 2014, to allow stakeholders additional time to comment on the proposed rule and supporting analyses. Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions to Develop Housing at University of Reno, Nevada

NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa. — Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions, LLC, announced that it has reached financial close on a new graduate and family student housing project at the University of Nevada, Reno.
