Sundt Construction to Build Multi-Purpose Facility at CGCC, Pecos Campus

CHANDLER, Ariz. — Sundt Construction, Inc. announced that construction is underway on a new student services and athletics facility at Chandler-Gilbert Community College's Pecos Campus that will serve as a gathering place for the community. Sundt was hired as the Construction Manager at Risk for the $21-million project, which includes a new two-story multi-purpose building, upgraded sidewalks, landscaping, concrete benches and parking lot renovations.
