WASHINGTON, D.C. — The American Institute of Architects   Contract Documents team announced several additions and updates to its suite of offerings: a new family of Program Management documents; a new, free Guide for Small Projects; an updated Guide for Sustainable Projects and updated BIM and Digital Practice Documents. Construction Employment Hits All-time High

Construction employment increased in a majority of states in May, setting all-time highs in Louisiana and North Dakota, according to an analysis by the Associated General Contractors of America of Labor Department data. C.W. Driver Begins Construction on New Student Health Building at CSU San Marcos

SAN MARCOS, Calif. — C.W. Driver has broken ground on the new 20,000-square-foot Student Health and Counseling Building at California State University San Marcos. Kraus-Anderson Breaks Ground on New Sanford Health Clinic

BAGLEY, Minn. — Kraus-Anderson Construction Company will begin construction on a new 10,798-square-foot clinic in Bagley, Minn. for Sanford Health. The project’s developer is Greater Bemidji, which will lease the facility to Sanford Health. A groundbreaking ceremony will be held at 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 26 at the clinic, which is located at 1656 Central St. W. in Bagley. Designed by MJ Architectural Studios, the new $1.5-million clinic features an X-ray room, blood draw lab, 12 examination rooms, two treatment rooms, physical therapy room and nine offices.
