Construction Materials Prices Post Year-Over-Year Dip in July
The cost of key construction materials dropped for the third consecutive month in July, pushing down year-over-year prices for the first time since 2009, according to an analysis of producer price index figures released by the Associated General Contractors of America. WALNUT CREEK, Calif.- – ITSI Gilbane has been awarded a $585 million Medical Repair and Renewal Multiple Award Task Order Contract in support of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Center. This firm fixed, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract has a ceiling capacity of $585 million for one base year with four, one-year option periods for executing repair and construction services for healthcare facilities worldwide.
