WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Department of Veterans Affairs has selected the developer to build a new healthcare clinic in Gilbert, Ariz. The lease contract was awarded to McShane Development Company, LLC, Rosemont, Ill. The project will create 423 construction jobs, with an opening set for the spring of 2014.
