In order to engage patients, families and visitors in the construction progress of its expansion, Seattle Children's Hospital has launched a Where's Waldoâ„¢ game. The hospital, along with Sellen Construction, invites visitors to the site to find Waldo and win a prize. Construction employment increased in 30 states between January and February, while 19 states added construction jobs during the past 12 months, the Associated General Contractors of America reported in an analysis of state employment data released by the Labor Department.
