The 2018 collapse of a pedestrian bridge in Miami, Florida served as a headgear wake-up call for Scott Greenhaus. Green Building Initiative Announces First Public Comment Period for Green Globes for Existing Buildings 2021

Green Building Initiative announces the first comment period is open through July 5 on GBI’s Green Globes for Existing Buildings 2021 or, the draft standard titled BSR/GBI 02-202x, Green Globes Assessment Protocol for Existing Buildings. The draft standard supports assessment of sustainability, health and wellness and resilience of existing buildings and will be refined through public participation over two to three years.
