ASCC Hires Mike Hernandez as Technical Director
Michael G. Hernandez, P.E., DBIA, has joined the technical division of the American Society of Concrete Contractors as technical director. The American Society of Concrete Contractors has hired Gordon Raymond “Ray” Hefner as executive director. Hefner replaces Bev Garnant, who led the association for over 20 years. Hefner has over 27 years of association management experience in the construction trades.
