The milestone signifies significant progress towards the delivery of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Southwest’s newest building and largest mess hall in the Department of Defense, that supports MCRD San Diego’s ‘We Make Marines’ mission for the next six decades. Balfour Beatty has officially topped out the Sacramento International Airport’s new pedestrian walkway, marking a monumental milestone in the delivery of the aviation project. A topping out ceremony was held to commemorate the placement of the final structural beam of the walkway structure signifying major progress on the airport’s newest facility.
