Balfour Beatty, in joint venture with Clark/Sullivan, celebrated the completion and grand opening of the new Cesar Chavez Elementary School for Sacramento City Unified School District. The newly constructed campus replaces both Edward Kemble Elementary and Cesar Chavez Intermediate School, uniting them into a single, modern learning environment.
