The reimagined facility offers Class A lab and office space in the East Cambridge, Kendall neighborhood. Racanelli Construction Company, Inc. recently completed a new facility for the Center for New Horizons, Inc., Head Injury Association. The 10,000-square-foot, single-level facility is located in Mineola, New York. The project involved a complete gut and build-out. Racanelli installed interior foundation walls along with underground plumbing, a ramp to accommodate individuals with disabilities, exterior canopy, aluminum composite material panels, as well as sidewalks, curbs and an asphalt parking lot. Kadean Construction has started building out Fenton Logistics Park Building I for BJC HealthCare’s Clinical Asset Management division located in St. Louis, Missouri. The builder is finishing 80,000 square feet of the interior of a new 160,000-square-foot tilt-up building to serve as a warehouse for surplus supplies and equipment that may be redistributed among BJC affiliates or donated to nonprofit organizations, said Kadean President Mike Eveler.
