Chapman Construction has completed an 8,500-square-foot multi-phased occupied renovation project for Southcoast Health at Rosebrook in Wareham, Massachusetts. The project was completed in an occupied setting and resulted in improvements to multiple areas, including patient waiting rooms, cardiology treatment room, nurses’ stations, bathrooms and more.  The first phase of work concentrated on renovations to combine separate patient waiting areas into one convenient space. Due to needing to maintain patient access while the site was active, a temporary waiting area was created in a nearby conference room and a hallway was constructed to preserve pedestrian flow to other areas of the medical practice.
