The eight-story, 198,195-square-foot building’s shell construction is scheduled for completion by summer 2019. Toringdon 7 features nearly column-free floorplans, floor-to-ceiling windows and a four-per-thousand parking ratio, along with unmatched visibility from I-485 and Community House Road. The general contractor is working on several projects in the area for Trinity Capital Advisors, including 2200 Perimeter Park, Perimeter Five, Perimeter Six and Syneos Health Headquarters.

ATLANTA, Ga. – Winter Construction recently has topped out the 11-story AC Hotel and Moxy Hotel in Midtown Atlanta. The dual-branded hotel by Marriott includes the Moxy, debuting in Georgia and designed for millennials, and the AC Hotel, Marriott’s European-inspired hotel. Hill & Wilkinson Completes Southwest Airlines Pedestrian Bridge
Hill & Wilkinson General Contractors has completed a 5,500-square-foot pedestrian bridge for Southwest Airlines. The bridge connects Southwest’s Headquarters building to its Training Operational Support building, located in Dallas, Texas, and includes an elevator, stairs and an ADA door in its circulation tower. The bridge allows employees to safely travel between the two buildings and from other parking lots while maintaining a secure campus. The total length of the bridge is approximately 750 feet. The last steel beam was put into place recently at the University of Arizona Health Sciences Innovation Building project in Tucson, Arizona, a world-class center designed to be the vanguard for interprofessional, team-based health professions education in the United States.
