LEBANON, Ind. – Festool has added several new accessories for its CT Dust Extractor line including new extension pipes and Tradesman/Installer, Workshop, Compact and Universal cleaning sets. Most of the new accessories feature an anti-static design which prevents dust/particulate accumulation and static discharge. Festool’s entire CT Dust Extractor product line was recently updated with many models featuring Bluetooth capability for auto start when using cordless tools, remote start at the hose and new, smooth suction hoses. Festool has launched the Mixer MX 1200 EF, featuring tool-free height adjustment and a variety of optional, quick-change stirrer rods that broaden the application scope from stirring paint to mixing drywall mud and mortar. Bluetooth Battery Packs Ensure Cordless Tool Starts

Festool will begin offering new  Bluetooth 18 V Li-ion battery packs. The new Li-ion 18 V Bluetooth will be available in 5.2 Ah and 6.2 Ah. The battery pack communicates via Bluetooth with the Bluetooth module on the CLEANTEC mobile dust extractor and starts the CT Dust Extractor when the cordless tool is switched on. An integrated LED display on the battery pack displays the charge status at all times.
