Lehigh University has awarded construction and development firm Skanska a $70-million contract to redevelop its historic Clayton University Center located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The 24-month project will encompass both the renovation and preservation of the existing Clayton University Center, while maintaining the historic nuances of the building. Community leaders and stakeholders recently celebrated the grand opening of Ameren Missouri’s new $20.7-million North Metro Operating Center, located in St. Louis, Missouri and constructed through a joint-venture partnership with general contractors PARIC Corporation and KAI Build. The new North Metro Operating Center is built for up to 70 Ameren Missouri employees and serves more than 135,000 customers in North St. Louis and surrounding communities.
