Construction on the first phase of Race Track Logistics Pompano, a 1.5-million-square-foot industrial development in Pompano Beach, Florida, is complete. The project team included general contractor Frampton Construction Company, architect Ware Malcomb and developer Rockhill Management. The milestone provides four buildings for a total of more than 620,000 square feet of new Class A industrial space and the first product of its kind brought to Pompano Beach in years.
