Siena College and Gilbane Building Company jointly hosted a groundblessing ceremony to celebrate the start of construction on an expanded science complex at Nobel Hall in Loudonville, New York. Father Mark Reamer, vice president of mission at Siena College, blessed water distributed over the site by the Shaker Road Fire Department. The new science complex at Nobel Hall, designed by WCGS Architects, will feature 40,000 square feet of all-new specialized laboratories and active learning spaces across three floors when completed. New High School in Galveston, Texas Breaks Ground

Team members from Galveston Independent School District, Zero/Six Consulting, Gilbane Building Company, J.W. Kelso Construction and PBK Architects gathered to celebrate the groundbreaking of the new Ball High School in Galveston, Texas. Standing behind the podium in a wall of purple and gold, Ball High School cheerleaders, marching band and ROTC all came out to join in the festivities. Topping Out Celebrated at The Standard at Philadelphia

Gilbane Building Company, Landmark Properties, CUBE 3 Architects and subcontracting partners celebrated the official topping out of The Standard at Philadelphia, a new 280-unit luxury student housing project in University City, Pennsylvania. Gilbane is providing construction management at-risk services for the construction of the 18-story tower.
