Gulf Building and ANF announce a joint venture partnership for the construction of a new health, wellness and recreation complex at Holiday Park in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The project will include a freestanding emergency department to support expansion of critical medical services and a new two-story YMCA Wellness Center.
