Balfour Beatty has topped out two residential towers for JBG SMITH’s 2000 and 2001 South Bell Street project in Arlington, Virginia. The milestone represents ongoing progress on the development project, which supports the transformation of the National Landing area and provides additional residential options in the growing community. To top out the east and west towers, Balfour Beatty teammates poured a total of 44,074 yards of concrete and set a total of 2,949 tons of steel rebar.
