LeChase Oversees Expansion, Renovation of Minisink Valley High School Gymnasium

LeChase Construction Services is overseeing the expansion and renovation of athletic facilities at Minisink Valley High School in Middletown, New York. Taking advantage of the summer break, when the school’s 1,100 students are not in class, construction crews are adding a cardio room and new equipment storage room while upgrading the existing space. The entire project covers about 3,000 square feet and is designed by Tetra Tech Architects & Engineers. The new rooms and renovated space are scheduled to be available for use in the fall, shortly after the start of the 2025-26 school year.

LeChase Renovating 2 Open Door Family Medical Center Buildings from Different Eras

LeChase Construction Services has begun the renovation and expansion of Open Door Family Medical Center facilities in two downtown Ossining, New York buildings. The buildings, at 2 Church St. and 165 Main St., sit across the street from each other, but are from vastly different eras. LeChase will freshen the 1970s stucco Church Street structure with a modern glass façade, but will preserve the front of the 19th-century Main Street building.
