The Concrete Foundations Association has announced the installation of three distinguished leaders to its Legacy Committee: Lance Jordan, formerly of Stephens and Smith Concrete Construction; Mark Saldana of Saldana Concrete; and Van Smith of Hudson Valley Concrete Pumping, Inc.
