Construction has begun on LOJYSA, a new mixed-use industrial and logistics park project situated near the U.S. border in Mexicali, Baja California. The project team for the 833-acre project includes general contractor ADCO and design firm Ware Malcomb. The site originally was slated as a beer brewing and distribution facility, a project that was canceled mid-construction following a successful local referendum in 2020.
