CHICAGO, Ill. – Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, will be involved with Cheatham Street Flats, a multi-story steel-framed student housing complex located in San Marcos, Texas. The 175-unit, 234-bed mixed-use development, when completed, will be approximately 192,000 square feet in size.
