Modular Construction Project in San Marcos to Begin Late Summer 2018

CHICAGO, Ill. – Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, will be involved with Cheatham Street Flats, a multi-story steel-framed student housing complex located in San Marcos, Texas. The 175-unit, 234-bed mixed-use development, when completed, will be approximately 192,000 square feet in size. World’s Tallest Modular Hotel to Open in NYC

NEW YORK, N.Y. – The grand opening is drawing close for the world’s largest modular hotel, the CitizenM, located at 189 Bowery in Manhattan, New York. The creation of the unique and ultra-trendy project was orchestrated by Rinaldi Group. The CitizenM hotel is expected to feature roughly 300 rooms, all assembled using sealed, fully furnished prefabricated units.
