Aralia Sendejas Promoted to Field Superintendent at Henderson Building Solutions

Aralia Sendejas has been promoted to field superintendent at Henderson Building Solutions. Based out of the company’s Lenexa, Kansas office, she most recently served as program/project administrator at Henderson Engineers. In this new role, she will oversee all stages of construction projects onsite. Sendejas has more than two decades of construction management experience at various architecture, engineering and construction firms.

In this role, Griffin will direct the work of subcontractors, suppliers, foremen and other tradespeople working on the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases of assigned projects, with a focus on safety, quality, productivity and scheduling. Griffin has seven years of experience working in infrastructure and utility management across the greater Rochester, New York area. He studied buildings and grounds at Eastern Monroe Career Center, and has certifications from the Electrical Hazards Awareness Program and Northeast Gas Association.

Thomas Mann has joined The Christman Company as a superintendent in the construction management and real estate development firm’s office in Knoxville, Tennessee. Mann’s onsite project responsibilities include creating a positive safety environment. Mann recently moved from Wisconsin to Knoxville and previously served in superintendent roles for Gardner Builders and JP Cullen. He earned an associate degree in supervisory management from Gateway Technical College and holds multiple certifications, including completing Occupational Safety and Health Administration 30-hour safety training.
