Shane Sindledecker has been promoted to special projects manager at Stevens Construction. A Stevens Construction team member since 2018, Sindledecker is responsible for the financial components of Stevens Construction’s special projects team, including preparing budgets, schedule of values and monthly fee projections. Additionally, Sindledecker manages all subcontractor relations, negotiating contracts, creating project schedules and ensuring quality control. David Lee Promoted to Senior Project Superintendent

David Lee has recently been promoted to senior project superintendent with Kitchell. He has worked his way up through the field since joining the company in 1994. Known as one of the best concrete superintendents in the industry, Lee has made his mark on legacy Kitchell projects, including Phoenix Children’s Hospital, the Phoenician and, most recently, the Catalina Parking Garage. He is a leader and mentor to project engineers and field engineers, as well as project managers, colleagues and trade partners.

Superintendent Mike Simzisko Joins CPPI

Mike Simzisko has recently joined Charles Perry Partners, Inc.’s Healthcare Division as a senior superintendent. With more than 30 years of experience, Simzisko has overseen the construction at several of the nation’s leading healthcare facilities throughout Colorado and the Southeast. He brings extensive knowledge of healthcare construction to CPPI, and is a LEED certified professional. In his downtime, Simzisko enjoys the outdoors. He can often be found skiing, rock climbing or kayaking along the country’s many wild waterways.
