In her new role, Morgan will oversee all Houston operations, including new construction, special projects, service and facility management services. Morgan began her career more than 22 years ago and has held many roles at the company – most significantly leading the Houston owner-direct businesses. KAI Superintendent Inducted into Boys & Girls Club of Greater St. Louis Alumni Hall of Honor

Growing up in St. Louis, Missouri, a young Cardin “Dean” Rackley would attend summer programs at the Herbert Hoover Boys & Girls Club on Grand Avenue. Playing basketball and swimming at the club were his favorite activities, he fondly remembers. But even more than playing sports, Rackley remembers the sense of pride, respect for others, sportsmanship, academics and teambuilding that the club’s dedicated staff and directors instilled on his impressionable, young mind during those hot St. Louis summers.
